James and Becky, commonly known as the Summer family, in a YouTube update, passed their regards to Journalist Lynn Ngugi and her team, Faustin Don and Commentator 254.

They acknowledged the significant help these people accorded them in their healing journey.

Most people got knowledge of the celebrity couple after being featured on the various YouTube channels as they opened up on the family issues they were dealing with.

They say that they were hoping they could find someone they could open up to and actually understand and God came through Lynn Ngugi.

"Sisi tulikuwa tunakata mtu tunaweza open up to, mtu anaweza tuelewa, and God came through," the two said

In the update video, they revealed that Faustin Don popular as Baba Talisha was the one who reached out to James with an inquiry on why their YouTube channel had been dormant for more than two months. 

This pushed them to open up on the challenges they were facing in their relationship. 

The YouTube sensations said that most of their close friends were shocked to hear from the tabloids what they were going through.

"It was not easy opening up, not even to our close friends," James noted

They also remarked that a few people termed what they did (exposing their family) as childish and uncalled for, they however apologized and added that it was only the wearer of the shoe who knows where it hurts the most.

Other than the 2% that were not on the same page with them, they appreciated the 98% who have shown them tremendous support.

"I feel so loved," Becky expressed.

As they concluded they said they were open for people who have gone through similar ordeals to reach out to them if they need a shoulder to lean on or probably speak.

"We managed, you can manage," they said as they called it a wrap.
