Herbert Nakitare, better known as Nonini was recently called out by a fan who accused the 39-year-old of actually living with his baby mama.
The netizen identified as Dj Tronix posed the accusation on Nonini's Twitter account.
Hey tweeted: @dj tronix: "wewe na Kibe mnaishi kwa baby mamas? Swali... usijam ( you and Andrew Kibe are being kept by baby mamas right? it is just a question, do not get upset)"
Nonini saw the tweet and was clearly in no mood to try and clear the air or get into an online exchange of words with a stranger.
He chose a rather subtle yet shady way to reply to the curious netizen.
Replying to the comment he wrote, " mimi kwanza nina wamama wawili ( as a matter of fact I have two women)
Adding a laughing emoji and the peace fingers emoji to the statement.
Nonini relocated to the United States during the Covid-19 pandemic and has been selling branded merchandise, including shoes and hoodies.
He recently terminated his contract with the Music Copyright Society of Kenya ( MCSK) before joining the American Music Society, ASCAP, a membership association of more than 850,000 songwriters, composers, and music publishers.
Through his Instagram page, Nonini wrote; "Make moves that turn into movements! Ni Ile day ni $Furahiday."
Late last year, comedian Eric Omondi claimed that Andrew Kibe was a kept man.
Eric in a video claimed, "Andrew Kibe lives in a woman's house in America and sleeps in a woman's bed. She is called Judith and she is 57 years old. Mtu amewekwa na mumama has no moral authority to address anyone. Arudi Kenya afanye kazi kama wanaume wengine! Kenyans need to help Kibe. Hana mbele wala nyuma. We have done our investigations."
