Musician Kevin Kioko Bahati has refused to undergo a vasectomy.

According to Bahati, the contraceptive method might affect his performance in bed.

Bahati said he was always ready to have another child despite having not planned for it.

The musician turned politician stated that he had used the withdrawal method for three years without fail and that they conceived after Diana lied to him that she was on her safe days.

"Don't try withdrawal practice at home. It doesn't work," Bahati said.

"It is Diana who didn't know her safe days. It is you who lied to me you are still safe."

Bahati's wife Diana Marua shared her experience with a contraceptive she used before and how it affected her health.

Diana said she used a coil before and it failed to work on her body well. Bahati said his wife chose the wrong contraceptive for herself.

"If I don't do research, we will have another baby and I'm not ready for another baby..."

Diana had asked Bahati to sacrifice and undergo a vasectomy.

"Bahati should get a vasectomy. That is the only sacrifice he can do for me. I have sacrificed so much for him including carrying three babies for him."

Responding, Bahati said;

"Eeeeh! Siwezi fanya hio hio kitu. Nikifanya haitasimama(I can't undergo that thing... Vasectomy will make me a weak man in bed)...it will affect me.

After giving birth, don't leave that delivery room without getting a contraceptive method that will be suitable for you."

During the conversation, Bahati said he has no problem in getting 10 children as long as he can provide for them.
