In an interview on Jalango Tv, Jalang'o made it official that he would be handing over the YouTube channel to his workers.

He expressed his expectations as he noted he was looking out to receiving 20% of what they make at the end of the month.

Speaking to the new host at Jalang'o TV he said,

"Hii channel nataka sasa niitoe kwa account yangu, dooh isikuwe inaenda kwa account yangu. Mform company yenyu mkiwa wanne, mniletee tuandikie watu wa google wa switch accounts, ikuwe sasa nyinyi ndio mnanilipa. Mimi every month mtakuwa mnanilipa 20%."

The new Jalang'o Tv owners could not hide their elation as they clapped and cheered in the background.

The channel had accumulated a total of 574k subscribers. Earlier Jalang'o took it to his social media platforms to announce the job opportunity as he posted,

"The channel must be active....looking for a host on @officialjalangotv."

The second time at it he said,

"It is no longer a secret that I am in politics and this cannot allow me to be on @officialjalangotv as frequent as I would like! So the biggest search for top content creators is on! We are looking for 3 hosts 3 Editors 3 cameramen! 1 Graphic designer.
