Obinna took it to his social media page to flex on him keeping his job as he posted,

"Haya WAPI WALE WA MIDOMO!!IT'S OFFICIAL SASA MTAAMBIA WATU NINI?????My brother is Insiiiiiiide!!!HON JALAS aka LANGATA 1.@jalangoo"

This resulted after netizens previously asked the presenter to pack up his bags since Jalang'o was getting back. With no restrain they wrote;

Someone even took it upon themselves to conduct a poll to drive the point home but too bad I guess.

 Upon the news that the comedian was keeping his job, netizens were at it again only on a more friendly note this time;

Obinna in a previous interview revealed his heightened anxiety not on the presidential tally though. 

"I knew he'd win, but when those people were doing those things on Twitter I couldn't even sleep, my stomach was turning." He said

Obinna jokingly stated that he had a go-bag packed and ready to leave in case Jalas came back but he knew his place was leading the people of Langata.
