During the funeral, Dru read her tribute, "One of the hardest tasks I had was putting down a tribute, there is soo much life lived by my beautiful mum to be whittled down to a paragraph or two, however, I tried to do my best."
Adding, "Mum was to me, a mother, a mentor, a prayer partner best friend, and disciplinarian. We shared a lot together, there is very little that we hid from each other, pain and sorrow, joy and happiness all that life had to offer but through the joys and the tears, victories, and betrayals, the one thing that was consistent was fervent prayer."
Empathizing with Debbie Asila on the death of her mum, he sent out his condolences.
"My heartfelt condolences to you and the family. Poleni sana. Please pass my Pole to Debbie. Manze, losing a mother is a very painful experience."
Our condolences for their loss. May they rest in peace.
