Nero Water Company CEO Anerlisa Muigai has a few words of advice for her over 1 million Instagram followers and fans.

That is; normalize praying for yourself!

According to the 35-year-old, she feels strongly that you do not need clerics or any human being who claim to have a higher power to pray or intercede for you, you only need yourself.

Taking to her Instagram stories to share her titbits of wisdom Anerlisa, went on to emphasize her notion pointing out that everyone has direct contact with God.

Anerlisa maintained no one should try and convince you otherwise

“There is something I would like to talk about that most people don’t want to talk about... Real help comes from God, nobody should tell you that ‘kuna mtu’ who can put their hands on you or pray for you more than you can pray for yourself. God is not complicated,” the first part of the entrepreneur's post read.

The social media influencer went on to add that people should learn to find strength in their own prayers as written in the bible.

She encouraged reading the bible, attending bible study groups and the church as usual but when it comes to prayers let that be your individual journey.

“You do not need anybody apart from a bible study and the normal Church Mass. Pray and live according to God’s standards. Let no one convince you otherwise!" Anerlisa added.

She pointed out she was skeptical about getting prayed for and hand placing as sometimes people use these mediums to drag and trap people into cults such as Satanism.

"Do not allow people to capitalize or sink you deep into Satanism all in the name of trying to better your life. Nobody and I repeat that nobody has the power to change your life away from God’s will. Normalize praying for yourself,” the last of her post read.
