Daddy Owen has hinted that he will get a wife this year.
Through his latest post on Instagram, the Papa Fololo hitmaker said he has already identified someone's daughter although she is not aware about it.
Owen further added that the lady still thinks they are good friends.
"WHEN I SHOOT I NEVER MISS, AND WHEN I MISS IS BY DESIGN......Kuna someone's daughter nataka nipende this 2023!!! Shida ni hata hajui.. she thinks we just friends, she doesn't know what's about to hit her!! ... Sharpshooter!" he said.
A few months ago, Daddy Owen told Mpasho.co.ke that he was under pressure to marry again.
Even his mother and friends are worried about him living alone and visiting the family all alone.
"She tells me to even hire someone just to stop walking alone at home," he said.
"She is worried that I live alone, I walk alone."
Owen, 40, said by now he wanted to have finished siring children.
"I am not prepared since I understand it is not my decision alone, I need to have someone," Owen said that even with money, he is incomplete.
Asked if he is dating, Owen said he is still afraid that he might not make the best after his first marriage failed.
He then stated the qualities he was looking for in a woman.
He said he wants to date a village girl this time round.
"I am looking for a serious woman to date and marry. I am looking for a dark-skinned woman, very prayerful. She should be from the village," he said.
He also does not want to date someone in the limelight or a celebrity.
Owen was recently alled to be dating his close friend Eve Maina.
This is after fans noticed they had shared a photo from the same location.
In her photo, Eve said she was ready to let go in 2023.
"I am not slowing down for anybody."
Owen said God finds people even amid any trouble.
Speaking to Word Is, Owen said Eve is just a friend.
"She is dating and I have no intentions of dating her. We have been friends for long," he said.
In that particular photo, we were just hanging out plus with other people.
In October 2022, Owen shared a photo with Eve, wearing a matching outfit and referring to her as a fan.
He joked about the photo and said Eve posed with a stern face.
