Over the weekend Darling Kenya hosted a partner's brunch at the Radisson Blu Hotel theme was full glam and that must have gotten lost in translation because only a few got the message.

However, I must commend our influencers they truly are learning. It's baby steps but we will take it.

This is a lookbook into the darlings that brought class, those that did put in the effort, and the lot that should be jailed because wueh! epic fail.

The Spectacular

1) Phoina Tosha 

This beauty totally understood the assignment! She comes top of the list because not only did she look glamstastic, with the arm details and corset but she also incorporated darling hair into her look. Her team deserves all the coins.

2) Foi Wambui

Foi looked exquisite like old money! Loved the side cuts, the low back detail and the long arm sleeves.

Baby girl served, ate and left no crumbs

3) Anita Nderu

We all know Mama Peanut always has the right fit for the occasion .

Loved the look but the fascinator was a little bit too much.

4) Norah Geofray

Glam assignment was understood. Loved the details on her dress and the soft makeup. Fully in theme.

The wtf / fail Looks !

1) Patience P

Tell me why she looked so unimaginative for an event whose theme was glam? Let us be honest what was glam about her little kid's skater dress?

2) Sandy Joan

I'm literally crying, I don't even know what to say because why? What is this at such an even honestly?

This girl looked like she was going to get groceries then bumped into friends and decided to tag along.

3) Zarilyn Zanroe

This looks like a maternity dress, makes her appear bigger than she is and is just plain! Neither the design nor the execution did anything for her!

It was horrid for someone that is known to serve looks

3) Ajib Gathoni

Baby girl did you give your tailor/design team a brief? If you did just ask for a refund that is all I can say.

4) Shely Sophisicated

Peplum yet again? C'mon baby girl, we get you're plus sized but you can do better.

She looked like she was going to a influencer meeting not glam brunch nothing glam about that.

5) Sydia Machao ( The unpop)

 Everything was just off! I'll cry is I say anything else.

6) Jean Ojiro

I thought we as a nation agreed to let tutus rest. My eyes hurt. Like what is sophisicated about a tutu?
