Senators from different counties on Wednesday converged at the Lee Funeral Home to pay their last respects to the late Senator Victor Prengei.
Prengei died in a road accident along Kabarak-Nakuru road on Monday evening.
The politicians included Speaker Kenneth Lusaka, Kipchumba Murkomen, Margaret Kamar, Naomi Shionga and Mutula Kilonzo Jrn.
After viewing the body of the late Senator, Lusaka spoke to members of the press.
"On my own behalf and on behalf of the Senate fraternity, I convey my heartfelt and deepest condolences to his family and friends," Lusaka said.
"He was very passionate about land matters he comes from a minority. We shall all miss him. We pray for the family. We have lost four senators during this period. Pole to the family and his constituents."
