Babu Owino has something that has made him super proud. He is now calling himself Dr. Babu Owino after being bestowed with a major honour.
In an update about his educational achievement, the Embakasi East MP said, "I AM NOW; Dr. BABU OWINO."
The event took place yesterday at the Historic HOUSE OF LORDS, London in the United Kingdom.
"Lord, this far you have brought me. BABU KWA SABABU," he noted on his social media.
Sharing pictures of the event where he was celebrated, Babu wrote that the dual-title is a big achievement.
"I take this opportunity to thank Leaders without Borders Development Centre, UK for giving me an award for Global Excellence in recognition of my Leadership.
I also thank CITY UNIVERSITY OF PARIS for awarding me Honorary Doctorate Degree in Political Science as an outstanding Leader in Africa in Honor of my Service to Kenyans."
He has impressive academic qualifications already having gotten four degrees at first during his studies at Nairobi University.
The MP holds an Actuarial Science degree (first-class honours) and a Master's degree in Architectural Science. He also holds an LLB Law degree.
Earlier this year in January, Owino got his third master's degree.
