The Keroche Breweries heiress noted some of the things that had pushed her to take legal action is the fact that people were starting to mistake other brands for her brand and also the fact that other companies were even going beyond just the bottle shape but trying to incorporate her brand name "Executive" into their brand in order to perhaps sell more.
Her secret to success? Consistency and a touch of uniqueness.
On what advice she'd given to someone looking to venture into business in the country the 35-year-old encouraged one to find investors highlighting it was very important to have a set investors and a good rapport with a bank of choice.
If she ever feels the painful pinch of the current economy, the entrepreneur went on to reveal that her company is a baby from her parents company Keroche Breweries and they share the same compound.
She recalled how her company had been shut down for 2 years due to the wrangles between KRA and Keroche Breweries.
"Kila mtu anafeel the pinch. You know us (Nero) we were deeply affected. Nero is a baby of Keroche and we were closed down for 2/3 years and it really affected us," Anerlisa said.
Anerlisa owns luxury water brands, Executive Still Water and Life Still Water under her company Nero Limited, which she founded in 2013 after returning home to Kenya after completing her studies in the United Kingdom.
