Being a celebrity, one always has to think of various ways to earn money and increase their popularity inside their country and internationally.

Most celebrities opt to go for concerts or world tours to increase their wealth and fame. Concerts can also be a way to brag to other celebrities that they are doing better.

 Celebrities charge a lot of money for concerts and even to make special appearances on your show or movies.

East African celebrities have gone overboard and made very easy cash from the concerts that they have attended.

Below are some of the most expensive male artists to perform at your event.

1) Diamond Platinumz

Tanzanian musician Diamond charges 12 million shillings for him to appear and perform in a show outside of Tanzania. For shows within Tanzania, he charges 5 million shillings per show.

2) Ali Kiba

Ali Kiba also known as the king of bongo music after winning very many awards has a rate card of 6 million shillings for shows outside Tanzania.

His fees depend on the demand of his show and also the person who wants him to perform. The more prominent the organizer the more expensive he's going to charge. 

3) Nyashinski

The "Free" musician is an outstanding musician who has continued his musical legacy since E-sir's time till date. Nyashinski's songs are loved because they connect and relate to different scenes that people are facing.

The musician charges a 2.4 million shilling fee per show .

The fee however varies depending on when and where he is performing

4)Sauti Sol

Kenyan most loved music band which is soon to perform their last shows as a group used to charge 1-5 Million shillings per show.  

5) Harmonize

After ditching Wasafi Records Harmonize increased his international performance fee. Before he used to charge $10,000 to perform in a show. Currently, the musician charges 3 million shillings for him to perform at any international show.

6) Sol Generation

It is slightly cheaper to have Bensol and Nviri the storyteller perform at the same time than to have the Sol generation artists.

Most times you decide to take one they'll come as a pair since they work best and bring more life to the show as a pair.

The two as a pair charge 500,000 shillings per show depending on the event and hours they'll perform for a solo artist they each charge 310,000 shillings per hour.

7) Bien Baraza

The international bald man has risen to more fame after he decided to do solo songs back in 2021. Since he started having songs of his own, for him to perform on a show he charges 827,000 shillings per show.

8) Khaligraph Jones

Despite being a rap legend, the OG charges a small fee for him to perform in a concert.  The OG doesn't have a fixed rate for performing instead he charges 500,000 shillings per hour depending on the type of organizers.
