Controversial socialite Shakilla got herself deported from turkey and issued with a 2 month travel ban and on top she paid sh62,000 fine.

This was due to her overstaying her visa by two months.

This is just one of the many cases happening around the world.

Very many things can you get deported and banned from a particular country.

Here are some of the things you should know before you travel that can get you in such situations.

  1. Extending your stay without doing proper documentation.
  2. Engaging in criminal activity or behavior.
  3. Trafficking of any kind be it drugs, human or animal.

There are certain crimes that if convicted with can make you be deported directly as you are considered a risk to society.

  1. lack of proper documentation.
  2. In case you get a restraining order then you violate it and still try to contact the person you were restricted from meeting.
  3. If you violate your visa agreements.

Tourists can also be deported for misdemeanors and this does not only apply to immigrants.

Here are some of the countries with strict deportation rules:

  1. Saudi Arabia - dress appropriately especially as a lady.
  2. Dubai - disrespecting local culture and lovebirds should try and avoid PDA in public.
  3. Singapore - strict laws on littering.
  4. New Zealand - has strict bio laws hence you cannot go into the country with things that might cause contamination or introduce new species ,strict speeding laws
  5. Iran - strict dress code for ladies.
  6. North Korea - before entry they give you restrictions on the things they deem acceptable if you dont like you have a choice of going back home.
  7. Japan - they consider some over the counter drugs illegal so if you go ensure you have a prescription with you.
  8. SriLanka - homosexuality is illegal.
