Ian Asunya aka Nduru man and Rex Papi have a reason to celebrate. Social commentator Andrew Kibe has sent them money in what his fans see as a kind gesture.

Taking to his Twitter account, Andrew Kibe told his followers Friday, Feb 24 night what he was doing his part to help out the boy child.

"What I will be sending to Nduru Man and Rex Papi, way to go Gents. A little encouragement goes a long way."

This is not the first time Kibe has come to the aid of men. He has also done the same for MK Mwenyewe, who is the Riggy G impersonator.

Riggy G had appealed for help from Kenyans in late 2022, to help settle school fees arrears. Kibe appealed to Kenyans to help and started a fund that raised over sh350,000.

In November 2022, Kibe announced what he was going to do for the TikToker.

"We do another ‘blessing’ round tonight then hand over kibunda mzuri. So far we are above 1,000$ and still climbing. Every cent we collect @austintexanone will match. Our Riggy G will have his cash tonight atese mbaya!" Kibe wrote in a tweet.

On February 17, Nduru Man in an interview with Oga Obinna confessed that he had been ailing. Kenyans had last heard that he was arrested outside State House where he had gone

“I do not like telling everyone about what’s happening in my life but I am suffering from Leukemia…there are some things I can do but it is a risk. At times I cannot create content due to the effects of the disease…it’s been four months since I went shouting in the streets. I am often at home,” he said. to do his stunt in July last year.

Netizens assumed all this time he had been cooling his heels in jail. Sadly it turns out he has been sick with Leukemia.

Nduru man told Obinna that he was diagnosed and has been away from his TikTok to heal. He also admitted he did not want to go public with his medical condition because he is a private man.

On the Other hand, Rex Papi, is the man in the CBD who goes around silently as he poses with unsuspecting Kenyans.

While many have entertained his antics on the streets, there are times Rex has not been so lucky. He has landed some slaps and blows from unhappy Nairobians.

Three days ago, Rex was handed a back slap by an angry woman after he held her shoulder to pose with her.

The woman quickly chased him to hit him, upset at him. There are Kenyans who don't mind being exposed online in whatever publicity stunts TikTokers do, however there are others not comfortable with being put online.
