Socilite Amber Ray says when she had her first child she was broke and young.
The socialite has been blessed with a handsome 9-year-old boy called Gavin who is the pearl of her eye.
Amber through her Instagram page recounted promising herself to work hard before she got pregnant again saying things would fail.
"When I had my first child, I was very young and very poor😩life tasted like lemons and I had no one to turn to even the people I thought I could count on, but I kept on pushing and since I love kids and a big family…" she wrote.
Amber is expecting her second child with Kennedy Rapudo.
She however said she was in an amazing relationship and only advised her fans to be ready before getting a baby.
"I promised myself that by the next time God blesses me with another baby… I must be financially stable coz at the end of the day people change and unfortunately we can do nothing about it……don’t get me wrong, I’m in the most amazing relationship right now but all I’m trying to say is before you make that big step in your life…"
Amber added;

In a past Q and A session with her fans, she disclosed that she and Gavin's dad had a good co-parenting relationship.
"Oh yes, we do. As much as sometimes we have our issues, it’s very clear to both of us that whatever it is… it has nothing to do with Gavin."
