Guardian Angel's wife Esther Musila just shared what navigating 2022 has taught.
Esther shared a photo of herself from her wedding with gospel artist Guardian Angel captioning it "2022 lessons...".
In the post she went on to highlight the biggest lesson the year had taught her.
"This year I learned that I should stop trying to pretend to be someone I am not!" Started off the 52-year-old business lady.
Esther added that she had come to the realization that dimming herself does not help anyone and most importantly it is a heavy baggage to carry.
"Showing my true colours will make me happier and help me see the people who love me for who I really am," finished off Esther.
She then went on to add the year had also taught her not to live in the past, "I have learned that there is nowhere else to go but forward. I can't go back in time and start from the beginning but I can start now and make a brand new ending.'
5 months ago she opened up about the immense cyber bullying she'd received.
She spoke about breaking down several times due to social media trolls.
According to the mother of 3 she was a private person until she started dating Guardian Angel who was already in the limelight.
"I would say it was hard. At some point, I kept wondering if that is what the limelight is all about. I was so shielded by the fact that I was a private person who did not want to expose myself to the world," she said
"Being in this space now, where I have to endure insults, and everyone is on my case even those who don't know me. At one time, I was sitting with Guardian in a room and wondering if I had offended anyone," she narrated.
Their relationship has faced a lot of criticism because of their 20-year age difference.
