Obinna confident to keep his job if Jalang'o wins

• Obinna however admitted that he was so anxious the previous night that he had not even been able to sleep as Twitter trigger fingers had begun trolling Jalas.

• Obinna went ahead to reveal that he had plans to run for MCA earlier on but had to put that on hold as he had other priorities.

Kiss FM presenter Oga Obinna is confident that he will keep his morning show host job.

Obinna confidently stated that he felt his brother Jalango was going to scoop the contested Langata MP seat.

Speaking outside the tallying center Obinna said, " I'm here to support my brother, help him pick that certificate you know that win will be a heavy one.... we take him directly to Langata sasa he starts doing his job, he is a born leader." Obinna said as he gassed up his friend.

He however admitted that he was so anxious the previous night that he had not even been able to sleep as Twitter trigger fingers had begun trolling Jalas claiming he'd lost and asking Obinna to pack up his bags because his seat at Kiss FM was getting its owner back.

"I knew he'd win, but you know yesterday when those people were doing those things on Twitter I couldn't even sleep, my stomach was turning.

In the morning I went to work, I was telling Kamene I don't know where to place my head..." Obinna said before jokingly stating that he had a go-bag packed and ready in case Jalas came back but he knew his place was leading the people of Langata.

Obinna went ahead to reveal that he had plans to run for MCA earlier on but had to put that on hold as he had other priorities. He however noted that now Jalang'o had set precedence as most things the former comedian/ actor does Obinna ends up doing as well.

" By the way, weirdly enough most of the things that Jalas has done I end up doing them. Even going to Kiss, I went round and eventually ended up where he was.

You never know.... Langata too, maybe" The comedian joked.

Touching on his recent drama with self appointed king of comedy, Eric Omondi Obinna said, " I did not even diss Eric, I can not even diss Eric, we are not even in the same level he is my elder."

He then went on to add that he did not say anything that was not true and he was super respectful during the whole time., "all I did is say a few truths here and there, wicks that he needs to change but before that I had never spoken bad about him.

We just talked about him on radio about Eric did this and this then we laughed and it was nothing major, he even commented then later I wake up and I find us trending and I'm like who is pregnant? Then I was like oohh it's Eric, then I saw him there shouting and I was like... okay cool.
