Media Personality Anita Nderu is expecting her baby anytime soon.
On Saturday, Anita's friends in the industry threw her a private baby shower.
Photos shared by her close friends show a flashy event that was attended by her intimate friends.
Her friend, award-winning travel and lifestyle blogger Lucia Musau shared on her Instagram describing it as one full of love;
"A summary of my afternoon @Anita Nderu baby shower. The baby shower was all laughter, love, vibes, and Inshallah! I can't wait to meet Peanut."
Anita responded;
"My Sugar plum.❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for spending your afternoon with B, Peanut and me. We love and appreciate you so much! Peanut has the loveliest Aunties."
Anita announced her pregnancy by sharing a beautiful and elegant video of her pregnancy photo shoot.
In the video, one can see the bulging tummy as a smiling and over-the-moon Anita poses for the camera. Her short and sweet caption read;
"Extra Extra 🗞 ft @barrettraftery."
Anita in another post explained how fascinated she is with her growing chest.
"Today every little thing is making me cry and I don't want company. Dropping throwbacks to when "Peanut" that's the nickname we have been going with was still a wee little nugget," she said.
"Today every little thing is making me cry and I don't want company. Yesterday I peed like 97 times. My favourite bit about being pregnant is definitely the boobs (yes I know, I know, they'll go back) but while I have them, they will know I appreciate them."
Anita also mentioned that she is embracing her body changes which include her swollen nose.
"Things that people point out and make comments like they feel bad for me, I love I love how full my lips are, my nose has swollen too," she wrote.
