After months of speculation and rumours, Anita Nderu has finally confirmed the worst-kept secret, that she is pregnant.

Using her Instagram page, the former Capital FM presenter shared a beautiful and elegant video of her pregnancy photo shoot.

In the video, one can see the bulging tummy as a smiling and over-the-moon Anita poses for the camera. Her short and sweet caption read, "Extra Extra 🗞 ft @barrettraftery ❤️"

Her pregnancy announcement comes nearly a year into Anita's marriage to Barrett, her Jewish husband.

Anita held a white wedding with her fiancé Barrett Raftery at a Nanyuki hotel in an intimate ceremony in September 2021, a few days after her traditional wedding.

The traditional wedding was an intimate affair attended by close friends and family, with guests dressed in African print attires.

Anita kept details of her wedding hush-hush as she wanted to avoid public scrutiny.
