As more and more young people, celebrities and artists flock more to the content creation corner, it is evident that they are reaping big in what they sow depending on their consistency in content production.

Their fruits are seen in their home investments, vehicles, and lifestyles among others. Some that were featured here started their YouTube channels from scratch and then became famous.

Most of the houses are big and classy while some are small but beautiful. Some of them opt to build, others buy while some live in luxurious apartments.

Dorea Chege

Maria actress Magie disclosed she is building a house while sharing a video at the construction site on Thursday, June 16.

The actress who inspired most of her followers with the post noted that she would prefer cement gifts over flowers.

Khaligraph Jones

Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones has continued to rise despite his poor background growing up and the many challenges he has faced in his career journey.

The rapper who started his career in 2013 has been consistent in putting hard work in the music industry.

Khaligraph who revealed he was raised in Kayole is now building his own Multi-million Mansion.

He recently posted a video doing a dance challenge in various spots of the humongous house that is halfway through.

Mulamwah

Comedian Mulamwah is also smiling his way to becoming a homeowner. He revealed that he once lived in a Ksh 9,000 bedsitter to save enough money for his own house.

He once shared pictures on his instastories showing a foundation being laid where he noted that the building was quite pricey.

“While you pray for the prices of unga to go down please remember the price of steel, cement and stones. These things are expensive, the foundation alone has cost the price of a good car,” Mulamwah wrote.

Mulamwah encouraged his fans to save money and invest as he bought his first parcel of land.

"Today I want to inspire someone, I’m going to buy my first piece of land from comedy," he wrote.

Milly Chebby/Terence Creative

Content Creator Terence Creative shared images of the house they have built for his wife Milly Chebby's grandma The beautiful permanent house wall is decorated with white paint and a black one on the skirting and corners.

Terence who was super elated expressed his joy.

"We thank God we were able to build for my wife's grandma this amazing house," he wrote.

Size 8/Dj Mo

DJ Mo and Size 8 are currently building their own mansion. The celebrity couple held a groundbreaking ceremony on April 20, 2022, to mark the beginning of the construction work for their new house.

The couple's house will have six bedrooms, a prayer room, a home theatre and a studio.

DJ Mo and Size 8 revealed that they had invested Ksh40 million to build their dream retirement home.
