She added, "We shouldn’t be laughing about this. Ugandan musicians, y’all need to figure out how to end this. Next time that fan will pour acid on the artiste, or the artiste's group will hurt the fan."
A fan named Baba Raho said, "Guys, under no circumstances should anyone ever pour drinks on anyone. It's a sign of disrespect."
Another fan 'Luoboyollo' added, "Sometimes the fans are enjoying that way and performers take it differently because it’s been a stereotype."
Kim Jordan wrote, "But the way Kenzo threw the microphone in the crowd, he never thought twice. Maybe it caught someone innocent, not even the one who poured it."
Kenzo came into the limelight after his 2014 hit song 'Sitya Loss', in which he featured Uganda's Ghetto Kids. The song has since garnered over 44 million views on YouTube.
In 2015, he made history as the first Ugandan to win a BET award. He has won other awards, including a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award, and multiple Afrimas.
