Singer Chimano is all set for the release of his 1st solo album, Heavy is the Crown. 

Chimano, who is on a tour in Germany with fellow Sauti Sol members yesterday gave his fans a sneak peak of the Album's cover. 

In the image shared, Chimano appears to be receiving a big crown from 'himself'. 

He announced that the album will be released on April 15.

"15.04.2022 The coronation is soon approaching! Let the reign begin!#HeavyIsTheCrown ," he wrote.

The teaser has left his fans excited, awaiting what he has for them. 

In a past interview with Mpasho, the Friday Feeling hitmaker shared that his album will be all about him. 

"The theme is just happiness, freedom, dance. My EP is called Heavy is the Crown, my first single is called Friday feeling, its just about having a good time. It is about freedom, happiness, feeling and if you know you know..."

This will be the first big project Chimano is releasing since the Sauti Sol group embarked on the Alone Together journey.
