• The 4th president came into power at a time when social media had become a major tool for communication.

• Uhuru's term has left many Kenyans divided.

While we might be voting for the next president of this great republic, Kenyans still took time to lightly remember the outgoing president Uhuru Kenyatta.

While the response was divided with Mr. Uhuru drawing a lot of harsh criticism for his handling of the economy and dealing with corruption, there were still some Kenyans who had some positive things to say about him.

Most of the comments praising Uhuru centred around his infrastructure record and how he had been an inspirational family man.

Timo Thy His Excellency,the president Uhuru Kenyatta is a down to earth. You can see him dancing to our local patriotic songs,Wearing our locally made 'kitenge', Wearing full combat uniform,the smile he always puts on and More so the developments like SGR and Express .

Maũ always advocating for peace, biggest development of infrastructure and paved road in sub-urban set-ups been done in his tenure. Non-tribal in appointing positions in power & also a problem solver...and also the strategy on all major road networks leading to Nairobi & JKIA Northern, South, East, West bypasses all interconnected...

Christopher Nzioka I 💜 this guy. A family man. A Christian and an above average statesman. He had promised to be there for all Kenyans, Africa and the world post presidency. That is what I admire about, His Excellency. 🏌🏾‍♂️🐾🇰🇪

@Geomaxm The trouble he gave his security men when sneaking from statehouse and driving himself around without them. His ease of mingling with Kenyans without fear of what security issues are around him. The nyama choma and mahindi choma stopovers. In other words, his light moments😀
