This group of 22 young people from diverse backgrounds will receive an academic scholarship for up to $20,000 in addition to mentorship and virtual internship opportunities from Gucci America as they attend HBCUs, fashion schools, non-fashion schools, and community colleges across North America."
Firyal also owns Nurclothing, which is an African luxury streetwear brand. In 2014, the brand achieved international success after receiving orders from Kanye West and Kim Kardashian during the Paris Fashion Week.
She is back in the country and over the weekend she was up and about jet-setting.
