Kirinyaga Woman Representative Purity Wangui Ngirici held a lavish birthday party for her daughter yesterday. 

Tanya, the birthday girl was blindfolded and led to where her surprise gift was. 

Her father, Andrew Ngirici held her hand, pranking her that they have a drink as a surprise. 

"Your brothers and your mother have worked hard to buy for you this drink. Please, i want you to share with me and when you grow up, you will buy me the same drink," he said. 

To her surprise, it was a brand new Mercedes Benz. 

In Kenya, such a car is sold at Ksh 3,000,000 and above. 

Wangui Ngirici penned a sweet birthday message for her daughter as she turned 21-years-old. 

"Happy Birthday my daughter Tanya Ngirici and many many more to come. Thank you very much my husband Andrew Ngirici , family, and friends for making it possible,

Tanya my daughter, You are a blessing In our lives. You make me proud as a mother. You are our pride. Happy birthday," Kirinyaga Woman Rep Wangui Ngirici wrote.
