The gas cylinder manufacturing and distribution company is linked to the Raila Odinga family.
The development comes amid rising tension in Nairobi over planned mass demonstrations by the former prime minister.
The ODM leader announced last week Tuesday that the mass demonstrations would be held every Monday and Thursday to mount pressure on the Kenya Kwanza government to institute a myriad of changes in the country.
It includes lowering the cost of living and opening IEBC servers for forensic analysis of the August 9 polls to ascertain who won.
Raila has maintained that he beat President William Ruto in the elections with 8.1 million votes against his 6.9 million votes and has since termed his presidency illegitimate.
Police have declared the demonstrations illegal and banned the Azimio la Umoja from holding them anywhere across the country.
"It is not feasible for security organs to allow masses of people to roam streets and neighborhoods of their choice carrying stones and other offensive weapons while chanting political slogans and disrupting the daily activities of others," Interior CS Kithure Kindi said in a statement on Sunday.
Inspector General of Police Japhet Koome issued a similar statement on Saturday and dared Raila to carry on with the protests at his own risk.
Raila dismissed him saying he will be on the frontline leading his troops in the mass action.
"Don't send police officers, come face me yourself, come and personally arrest me," Raila said during a Sunday church service in Eastlands.
