It has now emerged that the late Mwai Kibaki had left a will directing that all his wealth be divided equally among his 4 kids.
5 years, 4 months ago Kibaki wrote his will.
The will submitted in court directed that Judy Wanjiku, Jimmy Kibaki, Tony Githinji, and David Kagi be given their father's wealth.
The will further directed that all the money Kibaki held in different banks should also be shared equally among his kids.
After a gazette notice was put out asking anyone against the directive on the will to present themselves, two people have come out claiming to be Kibaki's son.
JNL says she was born when her mother and Kibaki were students in London. She is claiming to be Kibaki's firstborn.
Jacob Ocholla also says he is entitled to a share of the wealth.
Mwai Kibaki died aged 90 after years of battling ill health.
In a past interview with Standard, Ocholla said he found out Mwai Kibaki was his dad when he turned 22.
