A Mombasa-based Chef who broke two Guinness Book of World records is coming for the same title.

Chef Maliha Mohammed has set her sights on capturing 2 world records in August and November this year, just like Nigerian Chef Hilda who went viral this past Monday.

Taking to her Instagram to announce her latest move, Chef Maliha said she has been training hard.

"I know people have been wondering where has chef Maliha been doing, what's she up to, we have not heard from her for too long, I am here, I am in training right now," she shared.

Maliha says she will have a cooking trial on May 26th as she looks forward to the official marathon.

"In 2019, I broke the Guinness World Record, for cooking 7 hours, in 2018 I did the same by cooking 72 hours."

"In 2023 without a doubt, I had already planned for it. I sent my application last in December 2022, it takes time for them to accept your application, they did accept my application via email. Of course this time I will not be breaking one record, but two."

She will be cooking in front of live cameras in her Tudor home in Mombasa.

"The first record will be broken Inshallah on August 11, and the second record record breaking attempt will be on November 2023."
