The controversial founder of Neno Evangelism, Apostle James Nganga, has narrated how trolls and negative media reports pushed him to seek spiritual guidance from the late TB Joshua - real name Temitope Balogun Joshua.

TB Joshua passed away last Saturday minutes after delivering a sermon at his Synagogue Church of All Nations. Burial arrangements are still ongoing.

Anyhow, Pastor Nganga reminised about a time he went to the Nigerian church seeking spiritual help.

"I went to TB Joshua's church in Nigeria when I had too many issues popping up in my life." he said, "I said to myself, let me go to a man of God to get some of these demons exorcised from me."

He continued, "When I went, he gave me his presidential suite, a very big place. He told his people, 'Take this prophet there'."

After he had settled in, he went to see TB Joshua the next day, a Monday.

"I narrated how my ministry is going on well but the newspapers, TV, radio and social media are killing me. he told me, 'Apostle that is nothing to you, you are a man of God, he has given you the power to conquer. All you have to do is keep praying. don't stop'."

Nganga went on to say that TB Joshua did not pray for him at all, or even lay hands on his head like he does to other congregants who travel far and wide to come to be prayed for.

"He told me 'Apostle I cannot pray for you, you are God's man and you should prayer for yourself.'"
