'Sina Noma' hitmaker Charisma has asked Kenyan celebrities and influencer attending the planned anti-finance bill protests to stop treating the demos as though they are a meet and greet.

The singer also called out netizens for not keeping their eyes on the ball noting there would be time for photo ops in the days to come.

In a video shared on his socials, the powerhouse singer and songwriter also known as Luhya Heat reminded people of the main aim of the protests highlighting;

"One thing I want us all to remember is this is not a social event! We are at a demonstration... a peaceful demonstration. And I know people are excited to see their favourite celebrities, take pictures with them and what not but I need you guys to focus on the main reason why we are there.

The core reason why we are on the streets is to protest against a oppressive government and a punitive bill so I need us to remember that at all time so we actually do something about this situation, and create more impact than we did last week,"

Speaking to the celebs he called upon them to not only show up so as to be seen but to use their voices and power of influence to rally up the people and pump them with morale.

"And also to the celebrities... you people with voices!  You people that are influential when you come to the matches, while there I need you to try and use your voices, lead the people towards the goal. Let us not lose sight of why we are there," the artist firmly advised.
