Former TV Presenter Kush Tracey, in a video posted on her TikTok page, revealed her insightful perspective on self-value and personal growth.

The former rapper expressed her views on the importance of the people we allow into our lives and the impact they have on our self-perception.

"The people you allow into your life are a reflection of how you see yourself," Kush Tracey began.

"It's a reflection of how you see yourself and how you value yourself."

Drawing from her own journey, she touched on the common habit of basing our self-worth on circumstances, upbringing, challenges, and mistakes.

"Sometimes we base our values on our circumstances, from our upbringing, challenges, and mistakes, so we lower our value believing that based on my situation, I shouldn't value myself more than this."

"But I want to assure you, you are of great value. I didn't know who I was and who I am," Kush Tracey admitted.

Kush continued to express gratitude for the mistakes she made in the past.

"I am grateful for that mistake because despite all that, God has been using me to change generations and impact lives," she said with faith.

Last year, the former TV presenter opened up about her significant and costly battle against skin bleaching. Tracey's story took a turn when she questioned the intentions behind her actions.

Realizing that she was following a beauty trend that didn't align with her true self, she made a conscious decision to quit bleaching.

After six months of getting injections, she transformed and embraced natural oils, signaling a shift towards embracing her natural beauty.
