Veteran actress turned radio presenter, Jacquey Nyaminde alias Wilbroda has revealed qualities that are essential for her to finally remarry.

Wilbroda who shot to fame due to her role in the iconic Kenyan show Papa Shirandula started by making it clear that despite people always being on her case regarding when she will remarry and constantly pointing out her age, she would not be forced into one.

The actress while speaking with Lynn Ngugi pointed out that as she thinks of settling down, her son is a main priority in her life.

Wilbroda talked about how she'd love a man who would be a positive role model for her son, teaching him in the ways she can't.

At the same time, the radio host mentioned that her son already has a father figure and what he needs now is a man who could be his friend... a mentor of some sort.

Speaking about relationships, the actress stated that it was important to always start as friends as feelings can at times dwindle but she feels like friendship is forever.

She also pointed out that she is very religious and genuinely wants a man who ticks the spirituality box as well.

"For me, it's important to start with friendship because sometimes love and excitement diminish, but friendship lasts forever.

I prefer someone who is open-minded and with whom we can sit down and discuss the Bible," Wilbroda candidly said. 

Another quality she wholly wants her next partner to posses is a willingness to travel and explore new places as this is something she truly loves. Wilbroda described herself as a huge travel enthusiast emphasizing her desires for a partner who shares this passion as well.

On what she brings to the table and her expectations of roles and provisions the actress simply said;

"I will bring the milk, but I won't take on all the responsibilities. For example, if we go out for lunch, I might suggest that you buy the drinks while I purchase the food,"

Although she has a list of things she is looking forward to and boxes that her partner ought to tick, finishing up Wilbroda noted that she was open to learning and unlearning as she discovered additional traits from her potential partner as their relationship progresses.
