Kwambox: Is it true that when an Owl hoots someone dies?

• Growing up we have had some of the craziest superstitions from our folks that some even ignited fear in us.

Kwambox's superstition is that when an Owl comes and hoots, someone around that area is going to die. The Kiss FM presenter says that is what her Mum told her.

She said, " My mum told me a story that an Owl came around their school and hooted and surprisingly their principal died the next day."

Narrating at the Kiss FM on Morning Kiss with Chito and Kwambox, the host states that she hasn't heard this from her mum alone as her classmates and other people also shared the same sentiments. 

Speaking of superstitions takes us to the question of the day on Morning Kiss.

"Are you a superstitious person? Tell us what some of the superstitious beliefs you have or have heard."

Let me tell you, Kenyans out here including Chito have the craziest superstitions that you can't even think of.

Chito contributing to the topic of the day says that his superstition is that 'if you cross over someone's legs they will never grow.'

Here are some of the bizarre superstitions that Kenyans have.

Caller: If you pass over someone's legs, they will be bare and never get a child.

Caller: If you step on a chicken's feces you will end up having a bad day.
