Social media influencer and digital content creator Fao Shyshy revealed that she calls her dad babe. Yes dear readers, her biological father.
Relax and hold onto your seats as it gets even more wild.
The upcoming actress thought that it was such a normal thing that she shared a post on her Instagram stories asking Kenyans if they also find themselves in such a predicament!
How crazy is that? Once, yes maybe. It might be a slip of the tongue maybe you were thinking about your significant other but occasionally? C'mon now.
Sharing her woes on her Instagram stories Fao wrote;
"I know it can't just be me but how many people have mistakenly addressed their dads as babe? I swear I can't be tripping, I do it all the time jeez," started off the YouTube content creator adding a couple of laughing emojis to the post.
And as if that isn't enough she went on to add that it is even worse when she is conversing with her dad in Swahili as the babe actually comes out more often when they are speaking in Swahili.
This can't be real, am I the only one super confused at the moment?
"I'm normally holding myself back from indulging in a Swahili conversation because I will still mention babe wtf. It is embarrassing!!!" The last of her post read.
Kenyans couldn't wrap their heads around the whole idea of calling one's dad, babe and the comments in response to her post were nothing short of comical.
