Protests and candlelight moments have been held in memory of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad.
The rapper died last Tuesday, and circumstances surrounding his death have raised a storm online.
His mother is demanding an investigation into his death.
Mohbad's mother said on Sunday that her son did not die a natural death and that he was killed.
In a statement, she said that Mohbad had suffered 'sleepless nights ever since he met Naira Marley.'
She added that whoever killed her son, 'that person’s home will become troubled. They will face war and curses.'
There is a hashtag online by his fans to pile pressure on authorities to take action over the matter.
A concert tribute will be held on Thursday, September 21 simultaneously with a candlelight march.
The Lagos State Police Command formed a special investigative team on Monday to look into the rapper's death, and they expect the team to file an interim report within two weeks.
