South African musician and TV presenter Nadia Nakai has gone on a rant on her Instagram stories calling out Kenya Airways following her losing her bags.

The award-winning artist who is currently in Tanzania went on to reveal that she had lost her luggage.

"At Official Kenya Airways, you have lost my bag and now you are radio silent..." started off the artist.

She went on to reveal that she had numerously tried contracting the airline but to no avail.

"I have been trying to call all day, nobody picks up," Nadia lamented.

In another post, Nadia shared a post from Kenya Airways where the airline had issued a statement on the disruption of flight schedules due to the current weather.

They also noted that some of their aircraft were receiving unscheduled technical maintenance. According to KQ's post, there would be turnbacks or diversions with some of their flights.

They promised they were working round the clock to resume a sense of normalcy as they apologized for any inconveniences caused.

KQ promised its clients to expect that by Thursday, 6th July everything to be restored back to order. KQ in the said statement promised to update affected guests directly by message or email.

However, Nadia maintains she is yet to hear anything from the airline.

"Kenya Airways, where is my bag???" an angry Nadia demanded.

Finishing up Nadia cried that her bag was supposed to arrive at 7 am but she was still waiting and without any official update or reassurance;

"The number you said we should call, nobody picks up! My bag was supposed to arrive at 7 am this morning!"
