Former Papa Shirandula actress Jackie Vicky aka Awinja has opted to burst her own bubble after reports went viral that she had walked down the aisle over the weekend.

In what appeared like setting the record straight, Awinja unleashed a new video from a well-organized event that had left many confused if she had tied the knot or not.

According to the video seen by this writer, the alleged wedding is part of a new series dubbed ‘My Perfect Wedding’ that has been airing on Safaricom’s platform Baze.

The series is part of her comedy skits with comedian Osoro Osoro aimed at entertaining their fans.

For the longest, the two have been doing skits together and over the weekend they had fooled a section of their fans to believe that indeed they are an item.

A video of the two dancing at what is said to be their ceremony over the weekend caught the attention of many.

A section of their fans was quick to dismiss the alleged wedding, many arguing that it was another comedy skit in the making.

The absence of Awinja’s celebrity friends at the said traditional ceremony spoke volumes. This made it hard for fans to believe that Osoro and Awinja had indeed tied the knot.

For the longest time, Awinja and Osoro have been playing husband and wife in many of their skits – making it hard for fans to believe they are an item.
