Life coach Benjamin Zulu has come to the rescue of those who struggle with moving on, especially if your partner seems to have moved on quicker than you.

Now that breakups have become a passage of life how to get over it is where some get stuck.

The coach explains that when a split occurs one focuses on repairs and recalibrating and the other focuses on revenge and replacement.

Sometimes after a breakup, there is always that one person who moves on faster causing the other to overthink all sorts of things.

"You shouldn't feel disturbed by how quickly someone replaced you. It's not proof that you were the bad one and you must reject that insinuation," Zulu shared.

Everything that comes after the breakup in relation to the other person has less to do with you and more to do with them and their energy.

He explains that some people haven't healed and this makes them get into relationship after relationship to avoid their own life.

And for others, they just want the relationship benefits without being in the relationship.

"Others are just serial cons who hop from prey to prey. As soon as you begin to ask questions and expect accountability, they walk out in a huff to get another supply," he continued.

When they said "oga urudi soko" some took it literally.

Zulu continues to say how the breakup situation can get worse if you pay attention to the other person, where they are going, who they are with, or what they are doing.

"After you leave, stop looking back at what the other person is doing and you're not to internalize any message they are throwing at you. Focus on the lessons you learnt and start rebuilding your life."

He finished by letting his fans know that the other party's actions will eventually have consequences even if it seems as if they are in control right now.

Patterns just don't disappear.
