Legendary Radio Maisha Presenter and sports analyst Ali Hassan Kauleni has parted ways with the Standard Group-owned station after 13 years.
The radio personality hosted his last show at the station over the weekend where he bid goodbye to his fans.
Kauleni was among the founding members who joined Radio Maisha when the station was still starting back in 2010.
He used to host Nuru Ya Lugha every Saturday and do football commentary. He also had a column in the Nairobian Newspaper.
"It's mixed feelings. Believe it or not dear listener, after almost 13 years since 2010 I have been steering this Nuru Ya Lugha segment. It's now my time to say goodbye," said Kauleni explained.
He assured his fans that he will be back bigger and better after the break without divulging his next move.
Ali Hassan joined Radio Maisha in 2010 after leaving the Royal media-owned station Citizen Radio.
Others who left Radio Maisha recently include Beatrice Maganga and Linda Oriaso.
