Daniel Ndambuki famously known as Churchill is a top comedian who has given raise to many talented comedians in Kenya.

The Godfather of comedy has made notable achievements which have created numerous platforms for many Kenyans.

Below are top 5 achievements that Churchill will be remembered for: 

1. Founder of Churchill Show  and 2) Churchill raw

He is the owner and producer of Churchill show and Churchill raw, which are registered under the company name Laugh Industry LTD.

He launched the Churchill Live Comedy Show in September 2008 but was renamed Churchill Show during its third season in 2012.  

The show has given a platform to hundreds of comedians in Kenya , just but to mention a few Eric Omondi, MCA Tricky, Professor Hammo, Chipukeezy , Teacher Wanjiku, Jemutai and Dr. Kingori etc.

The show has made him a household name enabling him to win numerous awards like;

2015 Olx SOMA (Social Media Awards) - Overrall Personality of The year, 2015 Bingwa Music Awards(BMA)-Showbiz Personality of The Year, 2014 PRISK Award - for being a founding director, 2014 Sanaa Theatre Awards-Best Production Of TV Comedy Recorded Before A Live Audience, 2014 Cheka Awards- Best TV Stand-up Comedy Show, 2014 Cheka Awards -Male TV Stand-up  Comedian, 2014 Kalasha Awards- Best TV Comedy. 

3. Kids Festival and Chacho Kids

Through Churchill Show, Daniel, has held numerous kids festival events which promoted reading and learning among children, exploration of children talent as well as help children embrace reading as an exciting activity.

The events usually compromised of fun activities, coloring, painting, public speaking , read aloud events and dancing.

This created interest and enthusiasm among children thus promoting a reading culture among children at an early age.

Children who exhibited exemplary performance were also rewarded with picture books and educative toys with the an aim of motivating them.

4. Churchill Talent Academy 

The Churchill Talent Academy has helped nurture and empower young talents especially in football.Here, kids are able to showcase their talents and get mentored into becoming the best versions of themselves.  

5. Owner of pavillion XV Club 

Churchill owns Pavillion XV Club where the heart of Kitengela nightlife is . The club has been a source of employment to the residents of Kitengela thus contributing to the economy of the country. It has also given rise to other facilities within its vicinity which are, a spa, restaurant and a car wash.
