Senator-elect Karen Nyamu interacted with her fans on her Instagram page on Wednesday. The lawyer responded to some of her followers who wrote comments under one post that appeared to be talking about the father of her last two children, Samuel Muchoki aka Samidoh.

Another Instagram user pointed out to the senator that she would finally get back together with the musician despite announcing that he had broken up with him last month following the drama that happened in Dubai.

"You'll go back! You will take yourself back!" @muthonipul told her. Karen answered, "If I go back, call me Kang'ethe!" (This is a phrase in Kikuyu that equates to someone saying, 'Never! Ever!')

This comes about a month after the mother of three broke up with the popular singer.

Karen announced the end of her relationship with the father of two of her kids in mid-December following an embarrassing incident in Dubai that involved her and Samidoh's wife Edday Nderitu in a club in Dubai.

"Big and brave women will prove that often our weakest link is the men we associate with. I'm leaving that trend," she said on her Instagram page last month.

She added, "I have made the decision to end my relationship with the father of my children and now he is an ex."

Nyamu noted that she had no regrets following what happened in Dubai, and promised that the incident was the last. "I don't wish I could have done things differently," Nyamu said.

"I know I should have called him and ended it quietly, but I decided to make it public because of how complicated things have become," she added.
