@PhilipO85185473: I wish the veteran news anchor Catherine a quick recovery and all who are in the hospital beds. May Almighty God grant you protection and health. To our doctors please give your best at whatever you are given to do; salaries may not be enough but the reward is from the God.
@KiigenKoech: Heartbreaking to see Catherine Kasavuli is such a state. May God continue to give her the might to keep fighting.
isavwa: 1st class citizens are offered flowers in the hospital by CS for health while the rest are others offer stories only. Isorait..!
@Chris_D_Odero: Good move Madam CS! Wishing Madam Kasavuli a quick recovery and immediate comfort. She played her part fully in enabling local broadcasting and her place in Kenyan history is fully assured. Can still hear and see her now in my mind as then, as iconic as Jamadellic by @JimmiGathu
@kiptulwa: Right start keep visiting more so you will be surprised how patients are queuing for hours to be attended by uncaring. Medics in Kenya someone can die for medics taking long to attend the is no medical emergency in Kenya.
@Faridahbm: Pona haraka Catherine. We miss you. Praying for you for your speedy recovery.
Kasavuli was hospitalized at the Kenyatta National Hospital, private Wing after being diagnosed with cervical cancer.
"I know I'll fight this. I am currently getting ready for a phase two procedure," she said.
