Content creator Maureen Waititu and her family are in mourning following the demise of her younger sister, Pauline Njeri.
"What a week!😥My family lost our youngest sister," Waititu announced.
She added that this has been such a devastating moment for the Waititus - they also lost their grandmother recently.
"My heart goes out to every family robbed of brilliant young lives. My heart is broken for my dad-he just buried his mom now his youngest daughter,".
Maureen urged netizens to cherish their family at all times
"Time goes by fast. Hold onto those you love & don't take a moment for granted."
The YouTuber and mother of two added;
"Rest in peace little sis. Please keep my family in your prayers,".
Maureen has been very open about her parents and their upbringing in recent times revealing that their dad was estranged.
So much so that it affected her relationship with men. Maureen broke up with her baby daddy Frankie with the YouTuber blaming herself for the split and her dad's absence.
“Unfortunately, I have been raised alone. Just me and my mum. My father has never been in my life. It has affected me and my marriage and I realized this after the breakdown of my marriage," Maureen said back then.
They however reunited at a very important ceremony for the content creator.
Maureen informed Kenyans how much his effort at fixing things meant to her.
“Guys, look who’s here to support me? It’s my dad!” said the self-proclaimed ‘Mama Boys of YouTube’ in the fourteen-second clip.
