Digital content creator Murugi Munyi is on a mission to see businesses thrive via social media.
Sharing on her Insta-stories, she prepared an outline containing a headline and bullet points to drive the point home.
"How to build a thriving business via social media
1. Having a product /service people actually want/need
2. Creating good content for your social media page and ads
3. Partner with the right people to advertise, to reach your target audience. Not all platforms can work for all businesses," Murugi wrote.
The TMI podcast host clarified that having a productservice people actually want or need was to be given preeminence.
"The most important is no.1, if you have the best content, and have the best social media page which is so aesthetic, and you advertise on the right platform if it's not a product or a service people actually like...
If it's not good quality if you are not offering good customer service, it all means nothing," she highlighted.
Adding, "by the time you open a business, you need to have done your research to find out if there is a market for what you are intending to sell."
The mother of three recently launched her cloth line, wild by Murugi, which has over 30K followers and counting.
Social media is a currency we can no longer ignore.
