Kiss FM radio presenter, Kamene Goro has had it with comedian, Eric Omondi and decided to call him out today morning on her popular show.

In it, she called him out for picking online fights with Kenyan artists unnecessarily and offering them no solution.

She also blasted the controversial comedian for celebrating the failure of young Kenyan promoters,

"He was happy that Tems cancelled. Do you know if you are happy that Tems cancelled, there are very young Kenyans who have invested their hard work and money to give this entertainment experience to Kenyans?"

She then challenged the most followed celebrity on Instagram in Kenya to organize a show that can pull 10k Kenyans the way Nigerian star, Ruger had over the weekend in Meru.

"Skiza bro, I want you to stop talking and finally find something to do. We fanya concert ya wasee 10,000 alafu ukuje tuongee."

And she wasn't done yet. She told Eric to make a platform for Kenyan artists where they will do what he wants them to do.

Eric has now responded to Kamene's challenge saying that it was very sad that people kept asking him what he'd done for the industry.

He started out by saying that it was sad people didn't know what he was doing.

"What I am saying is already in action. As I am speaking to you right now, there is a bill in parliament, a motion to play 75%," he explained.

He then went on to explain how other countries handle their own local content saying,

"I don't know what people aren't getting. Do you know in Nigeria they play 80% of their own across all media.

Do you know in Tanzania they play 75% of their own. Do you know in Ghana, they play 90% of their own music. Do you know in South Africa they play 80% of their own music. That is why they are doing great."

The comedian looked sad as he saying he didn't understand why other entertainers where fighting him in his cause.

"When Kamene, Bien, Khaligraph and the whole industry fights me for fighting for them it baffles me. Who has bewitched us? I am trying to fight for our good then people fight me for fighting for our good."

He also addressed the issue of being able to draw crowds explaining how he had done it in the past.

"On getting 10k people in a stadium. 'What nonsense is that?' I have done 26 stadiums full. I have done Kasarani and I am only artist to fill a stadium outside this country."

He then justified his position to speak for Kenyans entertainers saying that he was the biggest artist in Kenya by all metric, feeling like he was the big brother.

"Nobody else has the moral authority to do what I am doing. The play 75 is a brain child that I took to parliament and it will pass in the next few months," he stated.

What do you think about the tiff between Eric and other Kenyan entertainers? Who is right?
