First lady Rachel Ruto penned down a glowing open letter to her husband, President William Ruto.

The first lady narrated her love story with her hubby whom she fondly referred to as Bill, after attending his first address at parliament buildings as the President of Kenya.

Rachel put up a lengthy post, reminiscing on the good old days and their humble beginning as a couple.

In her flashbacks, Rachel sees her marriage life as a dream come.

She has been so happy from the day the two got married, to when Ruto was declared commander in chief.

She stated vividly;

"Sitting in Parliament today, I saw myself in our little house in Dagorretti, where it all started. The dream, like the biblical parable of the mustard seed.

"President, Daniel Arap Moi heeded to calls for multiparty politics. Ironically, in a small ceremony presided over by Bishop Emeritus Rev. Dr. Silas Yego of the AIC church, I was vowing to love and live with this one man, William Samoei Arap Ruto. Bill, as I have called him since.

"We had little in possession, but abundance of hope and faith. The humility of our beginning cemented our love for each other and sowed in us the virtue of selflessness. Bill, a young and ambitious family man, sent himself out to fend for us," she narrated.

Her post on Instagram got many excited. Her encouraging words show how she stood firmly with Bill her love.

"Marry a woman from Dagorretti is now the top trend on Twitter. Kenyans are never late on reactions.

Rachel added that; "Reminiscing those early days, having to nurse my own children and nurture many others who saw a mother in me, if you told me I would someday become The First Lady, I would have laughed it off as a bad joke. Bill was different,".

Black_King@edwin_mureithi_How to become president. 1. Get a little house pale Dagorretti 2. Get yourself a Kalenjin wife, preferably a Chebet .

why marry Chebet from Dagorretti?

Dagorretti is where the journey of a thousand miles kicked, Chebet is the first lady's name.A consistent, prayer warrior,submissive and loving woman.

M.@ClintonMurilaI hope my girlfriend has read this thread, we're moving to Dagorretti soon to start a young family .

The first lady went a head to mention how she would have laughed hard of the dream that one day she would have become the first lady of Kenya.

" If you told me I would someday become The First Lady, I would have laughed it off as a bad joke. Bill was different."

"You are a great man with an exceptional story, go and make this country great and exceptional.I love you. Kenya loves you," she finished
