The First Lady joined President Ruto today at State House Nairobi for a Sunday service together with clergy from around the country.

Photos of the first family making their way to the tented facility were shared by Madam Rachel Ruto.

The special day was a Thanksgiving ceremony according to President Ruto, who welcomed invited guests.

Also present were DP Rigathi Gachagua and other Kenya Kwanza leaders.

The service is first of its kind to be held at State House since Ruto moved into the residence after his swearing-in on September 13.

Ruto returned to Kenya over the weekend after a week long visit to New York, London and attending the late Queen's funeral.
