Homa Bay voter arrested with a panga, knife

The suspect did not utter any word as police interrogated him.

• He was arrested as police were clearing the polling station after voting process.

A man was on Tuesday arrested at Shauri Yako primary school, a polling station in Homa bay, after he was found with a panga and a knife.

In a video seen by the Star, the man is seen handcuffed and seated on the ground as police surrounded him.

He was arrested as police were clearing the polling station after the voting process.

The man did not utter any word as police interrogated him.

After failed attempts to get him to talk, he was then escorted to a waiting van.
