Sauti Sol's Bien has reacted to Diamond Platnumz being given an opportunity to perform at the Azimio LA Umoja rally on Saturday.

According to Bien, not all artistes are interested in performing in political rallies.

Bien Baraza was responding to Eric Omondi after the comedian blamed Kenyan musicians for proving unworthy to perform at Azimio's last rally.

"But we don’t want to be in political forums such as these," Bien wrote.

Eric Omondi had called out Kenyan artists for being 'boring, predictable and complacent.

"It says a lot that at this very definitive and historic moment in our nation none of our local musicians was found Worthy!!! I don't blame anyone but the musicians!!! Unless our Musicians rise to the occasion and take their place, this will only get worse!!! " he said.

"Listen to me, I have said this, and I will say it again. Put in the work!!! We need SHOWBIZ!!! Not these BORING, PREDICTABLE, and COMPLACENT things you keep bombarding us with!!! WAKE UP!!!! WAKE UP!!!"

The self-proclaimed president of comedy pledged to continue with his campaign towards media houses playing 75% of Kenyan music.

Sauti Sol previously demanded to be paid a lot of money from Raila Odinga's party for playing their song during the Party's manifesto launch.

Bien said he had no problem with the politicians but they were speaking about their right to earn from their work.

"I have no problem with Raila. I'm just trying to be professional here. I won't allow anyone to use my songs for his or her personal gain. Raila is not paying my rent or he won't pay my 50 workers at the end of the month," he said.
